When trying to sign in I get a message saying ‘DisplayNote is working in offline mode - cloud services are unavailable'?

If your network is already connected to the internet, the connection may be getting blocked by a firewall, or you may be behind a proxy server.

To configure proxy settings, go to settings, click on proxy settings and enter your proxy details. More often than not, this is a job for your IT admin team and we’re happy to work with them directly. Please see our guide on configuring DisplayNote for your proxy servers and firewalls.

If you are not connected to the internet, you will need to sign in to DisplayNote on a network that is online, and when prompted to “stay logged in”, select yes. After this is complete, you can then use DisplayNote on a network with no internet connection.
