Why can I not host a Cloud Session?

To host a cloud session, DisplayNote cloud services must be enabled in the settings on the host device. 



You must also have cloud enabled on your licence.  If you're unsure of this, please get in touch with our support team.

Please make sure that cloud connectivity is not being blocked by your network, firewall, or your anti-virus software.  You can find more information on this in the network guide, available from the documents section.
