Whilst DisplayNote Montage's focus is on wireless presentation, it does include some features that boost collaboration during meetings.
There's a built-in whiteboard, that users can open either from the main display, or from their device.
Users can utilise this whiteboard to portray information visually. Annotations and sketches can be made from the main display, and users can see these annotations from their own device. Users can also annotate or sketch from their own device, and their annotations are shown in real-time on the main display.
This two-way annotation isn't limited to the whiteboard. Annotations can also be made over the top of content, and a screenshot captured (including annotations). These screenshots are then saved to the 'shared items' folder for users to download before leaving the session.
Further information on the client toolbar can be found in the article "Client toolbar".
