Using the Floating ID

The Floating ID option can be enabled in your session management settings. This is off by default.

When enabled, the Floating ID keeps your Montage session ID always on screen. This allows you to open and interact with other applications on your touch screen and stream user's devices simultaneously.

1. Minimize the Montage home screen.
2. To return to the Montage home screen, press the Minimize

Presenting with Floating ID

When the Montage floating ID is on screen, you can present and stream as normal. 

1. Minimize the Montage home screen.
2. On any device become presenter or share a link of video
3. Once you stop presenting, the stream will stop and the floating ID is visible on screen. 

The Floating ID can be disabled at any time in Settings-->Session Management.

Requirements 

To use the floating ID you will need:

1. Montage v 4.2.3 and above
2. A touch screen to move the floating ID on screen (or mouse & keyboard access)
