The error shows the application cannot communicate with our server to perform activation or a firewall issue with your network. Can you check these network requirements have been applied with your IT department and that your screen has an active internet connection?
Can you also ensure that all date and time settings are correct on the display and restart the app?
Alternatively, you can connect your screen to a mobile hotspot (from your phone) and try to activate it once more. Please ensure all other network cables are removed while connected to the hotspot.
