To ensure that you do not need to sign into your Google Meet account each time a call is launched, the 'Web browser persistence' feature must be enabled and the Google Meet account should be signed in on Launcher set-up.
- Go to Settings-->General
- Enable 'Web browser persistence' (This allows user data and sign-in info to remain)
- Open the default browser and navigate to https://meet.google.com/
- Sign in using the permanent Google Meet account (This must be set up via Google ("Boardroom@googlemail.com" for example))
- Set up a Google Meet call and invite the Room calendar (Can be done via Outlook or Google Calendar)
Please note that when setting up a Google Meet call, that the meeting link must be located in the 'Location' field of the email invitation to enable one-touch meetings.
